# plan9front disk images

9front (the plan fell off) is a continuation of the distributed operating system [Plan 9 from Bell Labs](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plan_9_from_Bell_Labs). One could think of it as what Unix should have been.

It is very interesting and anyone interested in old school Unix should try it. Plan 9 explores many good computing ideas that could stand to see more love today.

In this folder are 9front installation disks and some other miscellaneous files.
